5. Warranty and Liability

Walters Controls, Inc. warrants that all work performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment shall pass through to the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
